FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Sandakan 2023 (MAS) – Report
From 17th to 20th May 2023, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Sandakan, by the Malaysia Chess Federation and Sandokna Chess Club, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA/IO Bunawan, Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer and Local Assistant Lecturer was FA Lucas, Charles (MAS).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Fifteen (15) participants from two (2) federations (INA, and MAS) participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
