FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Bangkok (THA) – Report
From 21st to 24th June 2023, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Bangkok, by the Thailand Chess Federation and Asian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Nikolopoulos, Panagiotis (GRE), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was IA/IO Bunawan, Bong (INA), FIDE Lecturer. Technical Organizer and Observer was IA/IO Leong, Ignatius (SGP)..
The language of the Seminar was English.
Twenty (20) participants from seven (7) federations (BRU, MAS, MYA, PHI, SGP, VIE, and THA) participated in the Seminar and eight (8) participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
