136th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Peru) – Report
The 136th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (Peru Chess Federation) was held from 28th to 30th July 2023. It was organized by the the Peru Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Lopez-Chavez Marino, Barbara (CUB), FIDE Lecturer and Asistant Lecturer was IA/IO Pingas, Blas Mariano (ARG), FIDE Lecturer. Local Assistant Lecturer was IA Castaneda Del Aguila, Carlomario (PER).
The Language of the Seminar was Spanish.
Seventeen (17) arbiters from six (6) federations (CHI, CRC, DOM, ESP, KAZ, and PER) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
