Dutch System

Mario Held sent us his work about a step by step pairings procedure in a simulated tournament as well as an annotated version of the Dutch System rules and regulations that were approved in Tallinn FIDE Congress.

Mario Held is an active Italian National Arbiter who has worked in many tournaments.
