155th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (PAN) – Report

The 155th Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (PAN) was held from 11th to 13th May 2024. It was organized by the Panamanian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.

The Lecturer was IA/IO Hermida, Marcelo Mariano (ARG), FIDE Lecturer, and the Local Assistant Lecturer was IA Rondon Chacon, Yolys Desiree (PAN).

The Language of the Seminar was Spanish.

Nineteen (19) arbiters from ten (10) federations (ARG, CHI, COL, CRC, ESP, HON, PAN, PER, PHI, and VEN) participated in the Seminar, and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
