FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Hull (ENG) – Report
From 23rd to 25th July 2024, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Hull, by the English Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IIA/IO McFarlane, Alex H (SCO), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA/IO Holowczak, Alex R (ENG), FIDE Lecturer Training Programe.
The language of the Seminar was English.
Fourteen (14) participants from two (2) federations (IRL and ENG) participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
