FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Novi Sad (SRB)

A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 03/07/2025 to 06/07/2025 in Novi Sad, by the Chess Association of Vojvodina and Chess Federation of Serbia, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Dervieux, Dominique (FRA), FIDE Lecturer, and Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Stanimirovic, Zoran (SRB).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

Fri 4th July
9.00-12.30 Titles and Rating Regulations (3h), Arbiter’s titles (1h)
14.30–17.30 System of games, Swiss System, Pairing Rules (3h)
Sat 5th July
9.00-12.00 General Regulations for competitions, Tie-break Regulations (3h)
14.00–17.30 Fair Play Regulations (2h), Review, Questions, Answers (1,5h)
Sun 6th July
Electronic Clocks 9.00 – 10.00 Electronic Clocks(1 hour)
Exam 10.00 – 14.00 (4 hours)
