The 88th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 31/10/2020 to 08/11/2020 by Welsh Chess Union, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO McFarlane, Alex H (SCO), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Holowczak, Alex R (ENG).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.

14.00-17.00 – Types of Tournament / Tie Breaks
November 1st, 10.00-13.00 – Laws of Chess
14.00-17.00 – Pairing
November 7th, 10.00-13.00 – Titles & Rating
14.00-17.00 – Pairings/Arbiter Titles/Anti Cheating
November 8th, 10.00-13.00 – Clocks/Revision
14.00-17.00 – Exam
