3rd & 4th IA Seminars – Report
The 3rd and 4th Internet Based International Arbiter Certification Seminars were held from 13th to 14th April 2024, and 19th to 20th April 2024. They were organized by the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturers at the 3rd IA Seminar were IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), and IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARB), both FIDE Lecturers.
The Lecturers at the 4th IA Seminar were IA Gopakumar MS (IND), and IA Peter Tsai (AUS), both FIDE Lecturers.
The Language of the Seminar was English.

3rd IA Seminar (13th -14th April 2024)
Twenty-three (23) arbiters from fourteen (14) national federations participated in the Seminar.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the International Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Council:
