FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Tirana, ALBANIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 4 to 6 July 2014 in Tirana, Albania, by the Albanian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (GRE), Chairman of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and FIDE Lecturer.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Mondial Hotel, in Tirana.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
