Refreshing Course for Arbiters on Internet in Arabic language
FIDE and FIDE Arbiters’ Commission are going to organize on Internet a Refreshing Course for Arbiters in Arabic language.
The following subjects will be discussed:
(a) The changes of the Laws of Chess that have been in effect since 1 July 2014.
(b) The changes of FIDE Titles, Ratings Regulations and Swiss System regulations that have been in effect since 1 July 2014.
(c) The Anti cheating regulations that will be in effect soon.
The course will be held in the period of 15-17 December 2014, 18.00 – 21.00 hours, Dubai time, every day.
The lecturer will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), FIDE Lecturer and Technical Organizer will be IA Michail Prevenios (GRE).
The participation will be free for all International and FIDE Arbiters.
