FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Buenos Aires, Argentina
The Argentinean Chess Federation (F.A.D.A.) is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 8 to 12 December 2010, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Marcelo Hermida (ARG).
The lectures will be in Spanish language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles according to the article 3.10 of the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
