FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Antalya, TURKEY
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 23 to 26 January 2016 in Antalya, Turkey, by the Turkish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Guran Unal (TUR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Fahri Karabay (TUR).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Starlight Hotel in Antalya.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
