FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Lima, PERU
From 24 to 28 February 2016 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Lima, Peru, by the Chess Peruvian Sports Federation (FDPA) and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Vega Fernandez, Jorge (GUA), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Martinez Garcia, Jose (MEX).
The lectures were in Spanish language.
Thirteen (13) Arbiters from Peru participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title or the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
