FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Suzdal, RUSSIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 31 July to 4 August 2016 in Suzdal, Vladimir Region, Russia, by the Vladimir Region Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Tourist complex “Suzdal”, Korovniki St. 45, in city of Suzdal.
The Lecturer will be IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Alexander Ivanov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
