FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Zaragoza, SPAIN
From 23 to 25 September 2016 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Zaragoza, Spain, by the Palacio de Pioneros Chess Club, in cooperation with the Spanish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was the Palacio de Pioneers, in Zaragoza.
The lecturer was IA Stephen Boyd (FRA), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Jesus Garcia Valer (ESP).
The lectures were in English and Spanish language.
Three (3) Arbiters from Spain participated in the Seminar and in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title or the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
