FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Samara, RUSSIA
From 6 to 10 November 2016 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Samara region, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was the sanatorium Tsiolkovsky in Samara.
The lecturer was IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer was IA Stanislav Yanusevsky (RUS).
Twenty (20) National Arbiters from Russia participated in the Seminar and eight (8) of them participated in the examination test held after the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a FA Norm, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
