49th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (in Russian language)
FIDE and the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission are going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar, from 24 to 28 January 2017, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetyan (ARM), FIDE Rules Commission Chairman and FIDE Lecturer.
The Technical Organizer will be IA Mihail Prevenios (GRE), FIDE Lecturer.
The lectures will be in Russian language and they will be 13.00-17.00 Moscow Time daily.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
The participation fee will be 50 €.
