2018 Arbiters’ Manual

The 2018 Arbiters’ Manual has been published on the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission website.

The new edition of the Arbiters’ Manual includes all the important changes of the Laws of Chess that have been approved in the 2017 FIDE Congress, in Antalya, Turkey.

It includes also the rewritten section of the FIDE Swiss Rules, as well as new interpretations and clarifications of Laws of Chess and Competition Rules.

The 2018 Arbiters’ Manual will be printed in books and will be available on sale, in the price of five (5) euro for each book (275 pages).

Federations wishing to have books of the 2018 Arbiters’ Manual must send their orders to the FIDE Secretariat and to the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission. They will be charged with the shipping cost as well.
