FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Manali, INDIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 9 to 11 March 2018 in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Royal Park Resort Hotel, in Manali.
The Lecturer will be IA Gopakumar Sudhakaran (IND), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Swanpil Bansod (IND).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
