FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Hull, ENGLAND
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27 to 29 July 2018 by the English Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Holiday Inn Express, Hull City Centre, 80 Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8LN.
The Lecturer will be IA Alex McFarlane (SCO), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Alex Holowczak (ENG).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
