FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Patna, INDIA
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 24 to 26 August 2018 in Patna, Bihar, India, by the All India Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the sports Complex in Patna.
The Lecturer will be IA Gopakumar Sudhakaran (IND), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Dharmendra Kumar (IND).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title, according to the regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
