FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Mindelo, CAPE VERDE
From 4 to 8 June 2018 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Mindelo, Cape Verde, by the Cape Verde Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Carlos Oliveira Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant lecturer was Manuel Medina (CPV).
The lectures were in Portuguese language.
Ten (10) Arbiters from Cape Verde participated in the Seminar and in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded the norm of the FIDE Arbiter and after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
