FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Ankara, TURKEY
From 9 to 12 August 2018 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Ankara,Turkey by the Turkish Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Fahri Karabay (TUR), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers were IA Ahmet Uctu (TUR) and IA Ismail Caliskan (TUR).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Seventeen (17) Arbiters from Turkey participated in the seminar and in the examination test held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
