FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Montevideo, URUGUAY

From 16 to 19 August 2018 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Montevideo, Uruguay, by the Uruguayan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Blas Mariano Pingas (URU), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Sabrina de San Vicente (URU).

The venue of the Seminar was Club Banco República.

The lectures were in Spanish language.

Fifteen (15) National Arbiters from Uruguay and Argentina participated in the Seminar and in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures. The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title or the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
