FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Al Mahrah, YEMEN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 21 to 25 November 2018 in Al Mahrah, Yemen, by the Yemen Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Al Mahrah Sport Club, in Yemen.
The Lecturer will be IA Shaker Alafoo (BRN), FIDE Lecturer and Assistants Lecturers will be FA Sultan, Mohsen Awadh Senan and IA Ba Mualim, Abdulla Salim
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic and English.
The Seminar will give FA norms and titles according to the FIDE regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
