FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Manila, PHILIPPINES
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 7 to 9 December 2018 in Manila, Philippines, by the National Chess Federation of Philippines (NCFP), in cooperation with the Asian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Philippines Sport Commission, Rizal Memorial, in Manila.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Patrick Lee (PHI)
The language of the Seminar will be English with translation to Pilipino.
The Seminar will give norms for the FIDE Arbiter title according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
