FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Singapore
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27 to 29 January 2019 in Singapore, by the Singapore Chess Association and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Singapore Intellectual Games Center, in Singapore.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Nisban Jasmin (SGP) and IA Tan Tian Wah (SGP)
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
