FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Tashkent 2019
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 11 to 14 March 2019 in Tashkent, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Republic Chess School, in Tashkent.
The Lecturer will be IA Husan TURDIALIEV (UZB), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturers will be IA Mikhail Krjukov (RUS).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
