International Arbiter Workshop in Moscow, Russia – REPORT
From 25 – 27 January 2019 a International Arbiters’ Workshop was organized in Moscow (Russia) by the Russian Chess Federation, under auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Tkachev, Alexander (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant lecturer was IA Tsypin, Vadim (CAN).
The language of the Workshop was Russian.
29 International Arbiters from three (3) Federations (RUS, AZE, BLR) participated in the workshop.
