FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Colombo (Sri Lanka) – Report

From 11-13 March 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Colombo by the Sri Lanka Chess Federation under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar was the National Institute of Sport Science in Colombo.
The Lecturer was IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer was IA Luxman Wijesuriya (SRI).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Thirty four (34) Arbiters from Sri Lanka participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
