FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Dubai (UAE)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 14/04/2019 to 18/04/2019 in Dubai, UAE, by the UAE Chess Federation in cooperation with Leaders Qualification Center – Dubai, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be Leaders Qualification Center in Dubai.
The Lecturer will be IA Mahdi Abdulrahim (UAE), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI).
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic and English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
