FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Saint Lucia
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 22/08/2019 to 24/08/2019 in Saint Lucia, by Saint Lucia Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be Rodney Bay in Saint Lucia.
The Lecturer will be IA Aris Marghetis (CAN), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
