FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Baku, Azerbaijan (June 2019) – Report
The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized by the Chess Federation of Azerbaijan under the auspices of FIDE and the personal patronage of the FIDE Vice-President Mahir Mammedov.
The seminar took place in the office building of the Chess Federation of Azerbaijan on June 23-27, 2019. A total of 29 participants from Azerbaijan and Georgia took part in the Seminar, 21 of them participated in the examination test.
The Chief Lecturer was IA/FL Faig Gasanov (AZE). The Assistant Lecturer was IA/IO Vadim Tsypin (CAN).
The language of the Seminar was Russian, with translation into Azeri available on demand.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded a norm for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
