FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Hammamet (Tunisia)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 01/11/2019 to 04/11/2019 in Hammamet, Tunisia, by the Tunisian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The place of the Seminar will be Hammamet, the venue still to be confirmed.
The Lecturer will be IA Bechir Messaoudi (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Mohamed Ali Baktache (TUN).
The language of the Seminar will be Arabic with translation into French.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
