FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Freetown (Sierra Leone)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 05/09/2019 to 12/09/2019 in Freetown, Sierra Leone, by the Sierra Leone Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be Hotel Barmoi, in Freetown.
The Lecturer will be IA Messaoudi, Bechir (TUN), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be FA Kpan Deckalet Mario Prosper (CIV).
The language of the Seminar will be English with translation to French.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
