FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Male (Maldives)
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 27/10/2019 to 29/10/2019 in Male, Maldives, by the Asian Chess Federation and the Maldives Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be MNIS Hall, Male.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
