FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Guelp Ontario, Canada (September 2019) – Report
From 27th to 29th September 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Guelph Ontario, Canada, by Canadia Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar was Guelph University Centre in Guelph Ontario.
The Lecturer was IA Bond, Hal (CAN), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Marghetis, Aris (CAN).
The language of the Seminar was English.
Nine (9) arbiters from Venecuela and Canada participated in the Seminar and all of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded norms for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
