FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Maputo, MOZAMBIQUE

seminar_logoFrom 5 to 15 June 2011 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Maputo, Mozambique, by the Mozambiqan Chess Federation, in cooperation with the African Chess Union and under the auspices of FIDE.

The venue of the Seminar was the VIP Hotel in Maputo.

The lecturer was IA Carlos Dias (POR), FIDE Lecturer.

The lectures were in Portuguese language.

19 people from Mozamvique participated in the Seminar and in the in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following two (2) succeeded in the test and they will be awarded the title of FIDE Arbiter title, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
