FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Belgrade, Serbia (September 2019) – Report
From 23rd to 30th September 2019 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Belgrade, Serbia, by the Serbian Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.Half of the seminar was held online over 4 days and a half in Belgrade during a full weekend (29-30th September).
The Lecturer was IA Bojovic, Zoran (SRB), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA/IO Baralic, Nebojsa (SRB).
The language of the Seminar was English with translation into Serbian.
Seventeen (17) arbiters from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the Seminar and sixteen (16) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded norms for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
