FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Doha, Qatar (November 2019) – Report

doha november2019 pic01From 6th to 9th November 2019, a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Doha, Qatar, by the Qatar Chess Association, under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer was IA Pahlevanzadeh, Mehrdad (IRI), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Ibrahim, Yousef Khalil (QAT).
The language of the Seminar was English with translation into Arabic.
Twenty (20) arbiters from eight federations (IND, PHI, SYR, EGY, DOM, KEN, FID and QAT) participated in the Seminar and nineteen (19) of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and they will be awarded the title of the FIDE Arbiter and norms for the title of the FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Congress:
