FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Kostroma, RUSSIA

seminar_logoFrom 5 to 8 July 2011 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Kostroma, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.

The lecturer was IA Alexander Shaab (RUS), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant lecturers were IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS) and Andrey Beletsky (RUS).

The language of the Seminar was Russian.

14 National Arbiters from three (3) Federations (RUS, BLR and KAZ) participated in the seminar.

6 of them participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.

The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
