FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Moscow (Russia) – January 2020
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 26/01/2020 to 30/01/2020 in Moscow, Russia, by the Chess Federation of Russia and Chess Federation of Moscow, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be the Russian state social university, W.Pik street, 4, Moscow.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Tkachev, Alexander (RUS), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Tsypin, Vadim (CAN).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
