74th INTERNET based FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR (European Chess Union)
The 74th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 03/05/2020 to 07/05/2020 by the European Chess Union, under the auspices of FIDE.The Lecturer will be IA Prokopova, Jirina (CZE), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Bailleul, Geert (BEL) and IA Biagioli, Marco (ITA). The Technical Organizer will be IA Logothetis, Sotiris (GRE).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
