FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Hull (England) – June 2020
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 19/06/2020 to 21/06/2020 in Hull, England, by the English Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE.The venue of the Seminar will be the Holiday Inn Express, 80, Ferensway, Kingston Upon Hull, HU2 8LN.
The Lecturer will be IA/IO Barnes, Lara A.L. (ENG), FIDE Lecturer and the Assistant Lecturer will be IA Atkinson, Alan (ENG).
The language of the Seminar will be English.
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
