FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Belgorod, RUSSIA
From 1 to 4 November 2011 a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was organized in Belgorod, Russia, by the Russian Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer was IA Oleg Tovchyga (UKR), FIDE Lecturer, and Assistant lecturers were IA Alexander Tkachev (RUS) and FA Alexander Ivanov (RUS).
The lectures were in Russian language.
11 National Arbiters from Russia and Moldova participated in the Seminar and in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures and the following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the FIDE Arbiter title and after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
