EL SALVADOR 12th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar
From 21 to 27 November 2011 the 12th Internet based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar was held, organized by the Confederation of Chess for America in cooperation with the Chess Federation of El Salvador and under the auspices of FIDE.
The lecturer of the seminar was IA Santiago Garcia Ramos (MEX).
The Lectures were in Spanish language.
Eight (8) Arbiters from El Salvador attended the seminar on Internet.
The following succeeded in the test and will be awarded a norm for the title of FIDE Arbiter, after the approval of the next FIDE Presidential Board:
