FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Samarkand, UZBEKISTAN
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 4 to 8 April 2012 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, by the Uzbekistan Chess Federation and under the auspice of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be Kamila Hotel, in Samarkand.
The Lecturer will be IA Ashot Vardapetian (ARM), FIDE Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Husan Turdialiev (UZB).
The language of the Seminar will be Russian.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
