FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Antananarivo, MADAGASCAR
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 16 to 20 May 2012 in Antananarivo, Madagascar, by the Chess Federation of Madagascar, in cooperation with the Africa Chess Union and under the auspice of FIDE.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Ibis Hotel in Antananarivo.
The Lecturer will be IA Stephen Boyd (FRA), FIDE Lecturer.
The language of the Seminar will be French.
