FIDE ARBITERS’ SEMINAR in Hue, VIETNAM
A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 15 to 19 June 2012 in Hue, Vietnam, by the Vietnam Chess Federation and under the auspices of FIDE.
The Lecturer will be IA Casto Abundo (PHI), ACF Deputy President and FIDE Lecturer.
The venue of the Seminar will be the Huong Giang Hotel.
The language of the Seminar will be English.
